This policy explains what HeatSoles ("we", "us") collects when you join the founding-member early-access list, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep this short and honest.

What we collect

• First name, email address, phone number, and country that you enter on the early-access form.
• Your SMS opt-in choice (whether you checked the box agreeing to text updates).
• Basic technical data your browser sends automatically (such as approximate region and device type) for security and to prevent spam.

We do not collect payment information on this page. HeatSoles is intended for users 18 and older; we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Your founding-member account

The information you submit is used to reserve your spot and to create your HeatSoles account, pre-filled with your details, when we open at launch. You stay in control of that account and can ask us to delete it at any time before or after launch.

Why we collect it (and our legal basis)

We use your details only to: (1) add you to the founding-member list and reserve your spot, (2) tailor early information to your country, (3) send you early-access updates and founding-member perks, (4) create your account at launch, and (5) notify you when HeatSoles opens. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. That consent is the only thing we use this for.

Text messages (SMS)

If, and only if, you check the SMS box, you agree to receive recurring text updates from HeatSoles at the number you provide. SMS consent is optional and is never a condition of joining or of access. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We follow the TCPA and carrier requirements, and we do not share your number with third parties for their own marketing.

We never sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example, our database and email-delivery providers), under agreements that limit them to working on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep your information until you ask us to delete it or unsubscribe, after which we remove it from our active list within a reasonable period.

Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by emailing us.
• Access, correct, or delete your information by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as GDPR or the CCPA, and we honor those requests.

Email communications

By joining, you agree to receive founding-member emails from HeatSoles. Every marketing email includes a clear unsubscribe link and our contact details, in line with the CAN-SPAM Act. We will never send you unrelated third-party offers.

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
