How credits work
Credits are simply your fuel for the HeatSoles tools. Every time a tool runs an analysis for you, it uses some. You never have to do math in your head: just run what you need and watch your balance in the top bar.
Membership credits refresh every month
Your plan gives you a fresh batch of credits at the start of each billing month. They're meant to be used that month, so they don't roll over. So if you don't use them all, you simply start the next month back at your full plan amount (not a bigger pile). Clean and predictable.
Credits you buy are yours to keep
Top-up packs (and the Starter Kit grant) are different from your monthly allowance: you paid for them, so they stay in your account and don't expire. We always use your monthly membership credits first, then dip into purchased credits only if you need them, so your paid credits last as long as possible.
Fair by design
You're only ever charged for analyses you actually run, and a deeper, more thorough analysis uses a little more than a quick one, because it does more work for you. If a run ever fails, it's on us: those credits go right back.

Free lets you look around. The Starter Kit is a one-time, 7-day pass to test every tool (non-refundable, all sales final). Club and The Insider give you a monthly credit allowance plus the full tool suite; see the live amounts on the membership page.
