These terms govern your use of the HeatSoles early-access ("founding member") sign-up. By submitting the form, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not submit the form.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You may sign up only for yourself, using contact details you own.
Joining reserves you a place among the first 250 founding members. We currently intend to open founding-member access on July 10, 2026. Founding members are intended to receive a special founding rate on membership; users who join after the general launch will pay our standard market rate. These are intentions, not guarantees. The date, the 250-member cap, the founding rate, perks, and features are subject to change and may be limited, modified, or discontinued at our discretion, and the final price and terms will always be shown to you before you are charged. Founding status is an invitation and a priority, not a promise of a specific date, price, or that access will be available to everyone on the list.
We use your submitted details to create your HeatSoles account, pre-filled, when we open. Continued use of the app at launch will be subject to the app's then-current terms, which we will make available before you start using it.
By joining you agree to receive founding-member emails. If you check the SMS box, you also agree to receive recurring text messages at the number you provide; SMS is optional and never required for access. You can opt out of email via the unsubscribe link, and of SMS by replying STOP. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Signing up is free and does not require any purchase. We are not asking for and do not collect payment on the sign-up page.
The HeatSoles name, logo, designs, and content are owned by HeatSoles and may not be copied or used without permission.
The sign-up and any pre-launch materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HeatSoles is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the sign-up or from delays, changes, or unavailability of early access.
We may update these terms; we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued participation after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which HeatSoles is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
