How do credits work?+
Credits are your fuel for the tools. Your membership gives you a fresh batch every month that doesn't roll over, and any credits you buy separately are yours to keep. Full explainer: How credits work.
Is HeatSoles a way to get rich, or will I definitely make money?+
No. HeatSoles is an educational decision-support tool. We do not promise income, profit, or any result; outcomes depend on what you source, your effort, pricing, and the market. See what HeatSoles is.
How do refunds work?+
Email support@heatsoles.com within 168 hours (7 days)of your membership purchase (Club or The Insider) and we'll refund an eligible membership to your original payment method. After 168 hours, purchases are final. One refund per customer; spent credits and already-run tools aren't refundable. The $14 Starter Kit is a one-time 7-day pass and is non-refundable, all sales final. Full details: Refund Policy.
What's the difference between cancelling and getting a refund?+
Cancelling stops future charges and you keep access through the period you already paid for, but no money comes back, and you can do it yourself in two clicks anytime. A refund returns your money, but only if you email us within the 168-hour window. They are not the same thing. See the side-by-side in the Refund Policy.
Will my subscription auto-renew? How do I cancel?+
Yes, subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in two clicks from your account; no calls, no hoops. The renewal date and price are shown in the app. See Payments & auto-renewal.
What are credits, and do they expire?+
Credits let you run paid tools; they're not money and have no cash value. They're used when a tool runs (a tool that already ran isn't refundable). Subscription credits may reset on your billing cycle; one-time packs are described at checkout. See Credits.
How am I billed, and who handles payment?+
Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see your full card number. Charges may appear as HEATSOLES.COM. See Payments.
Does HeatSoles authenticate sneakers?+
No. HeatSoles does not authenticate pairs and is for authentic shoes only. If you're unsure a pair is genuine, verify it with a dedicated authentication service first. See Authenticity.
Are my photos and data private?+
Your photos are used to produce your scan and aren't saved to your library unless you opt in. We don't sell your personal data. Full detail in our Privacy Policy.
What happens if I break the rules?+
We may limit, suspend, or terminate your account, potentially without a refund, for violations like sharing access, scraping, fraud, or abuse. See Acceptable use.
